We use a third-party provider, Zoho Europe to deliver our e-newsletters and updates. People who email us

We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Data retention

Once you have registered please be aware of the following:

• Subscription is a rolling 12 month contract
• Training & Asset Data is only stored whilst a subscription is being paid, upon termination of a subscription all data is deleted, however your employer has an obligation to retain this data.
• Training Data your employer has a duty to keep records for up to 6 years, if you leave your employer, your data may be archived by them whilst a subscription is being paid by them.

Storing Financial information

Plus Dynamique does not store any payment information or conducts transactions via the website. Links to other websites to procure services/training websites will have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.

Server Security

A server security statement can be found on our website outlining the measures we undertake to protect your information.

User Passwords

Passwords are user generated with minimum criteria set out to ensure they are not easily guessable, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. and if you cannot remember it you can use the password reset link on our login page.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
